MEDFORD TWP. — A Camden County man is facing criminal restraint and sexual contact charges as a result of allegations made by employees of a deli along Route 70, township police said Friday.
Kevin Hoguet, 43, of Lindenwold was arrested on Feb. 10 after a 26-year-old female DiVello’s Deli employee told Medford police about an “unwelcomed encounter with her employer.”

Police investigated and charged Hoguet with criminal restraint, criminal sexual contact and harassment. He was later released on a summons and had a first appearance in Burlington County Superior Court scheduled for later in February.
Five days after his initial arrest, police said Hoguet was taken into custody again and charged with additional counts of criminal restraint and sexual contact. According to Medford police, the second run-in with the law came after a 36-year-old female DiVello’s Deli employee made allegations against him.
This time, police said Hoguet was sent to the Burlington County Jail.
