Police are responding to an active shooter situation in an Oakland neighborhood, according to reports.
“There is a man armed with a rifle in the area of 98th and Golf Links Road. Please stay out of the area,” the Oakland Police Department tweeted Friday afternoon.
The gunman came out of a house and spray painted a garage and a car, KRON4 reported.
