Aggravated robbery, Robert Drive: Police are looking for three men who robbed a boyfriend and girlfriend at gunpoint at about 1 a.m. Jan. 26 in the couple’s backyard.
The man, 22, and woman, 25, had just walked out of their house when the three men approached and demanded money. One of the men pointed a handgun at the victims. The man and woman handed over $150, along with shoes and clothes. The robbers ran, jumped into a 1990’s-style Ford Mustang and drove away.
Aggravated robbery, Smith Road: An unidentified male carrying a firearm stole $3,000 from a safe at about 9:30 p.m. Dec. 12 in Little Caesar’s Pizza, 5945 Smith.
The man walked into the restaurant, told workers he had a gun and demanded money. Police are still trying to identify and arrest the man. They said they did not release the robbery report sooner because it was under review by detectives.
Aggravated menacing, Brookpark Road: A Brook Park man, 23, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. Feb. 4 after brandishing a firearm outside Crazy Horse Cabaret, 16300 Brookpark.
The man was drunk. He pointed the weapon at another man in the parking lot and said that whoever “messed” with him was going to die. Someone called police and four police cruisers arrived. The man surrendered without a struggle.
Assault, Snow Road: A Parma man, 28, said he was attacked by a man and woman who had been rifling through a Dumpster outside CVS Pharmacy, 14372 Snow.
It happened at about 2:30 p.m. Feb. 5. The victim was a CVS worker. He saw the man and woman near the Dumpster and confronted them. The man and woman attacked the victim with their hands, breaking his glasses.
Grand theft auto, Brookpark Road: A 2017 Chevrolet Tracker was stolen at about 9 p.m. Feb. 2 from the parking lot of Mo’s Marathon, 13915 Brookpark.
The victim had left the engine running but the car was locked. The vehicle was later found in Cleveland.
Grand theft auto, Engle Road: Two unlocked 2005 Ford Focuses were stolen between 1:30 p.m. Jan. 26 and 1:20 p.m. Jan. 30 from Greater Cleveland Auto Auction, 5801 Engle Road.
Grand theft auto, Snow Road: A 2010 Chevrolet was reported stolen at about 7 p.m. Jan. 30 from outside a BP gas station, 15150 Snow Road. The victim had left the engine running while buying merchandise inside the store but police didn’t say whether the vehicle had been locked.
Grand theft auto, Liberty Bell Drive: A 2007 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen late Jan. 31 or early Feb. 1 from a driveway. The victim had left his keys inside the pickup truck.
Grand theft auto, Sheldon Road: A 2014 Honda TRX450R all-terrain vehicle was stolen between 8-11 a.m. Jan. 26 from an unlocked attached garage.
Grand theft auto, Brookpark Road: A 2004 Jeep Liberty was stolen between 9:30 p.m. Feb. 6 and 8 a.m. Feb. 7 from the parking lot of America’s Best Value Inn, 14043 Brookpark.
Criminal damaging, Sheldon Road: Someone threw a rock through a living-room window at about 8 a.m. Jan. 28. Police have no motive or suspects.
Theft, Independence Court: A driver’s license and Social Security, bank and insurance cards were stolen between 11:55 p.m. Jan. 20 and 10:30 a.m. Jan. 21 from an unlocked sport-utility vehicle parked in a driveway.
Sudden illness, Cynthia Drive: A Brook Park man, 53, was taken to Southwest General Health Center at about 11:45 p.m. Feb. 5 after he overdosed on heroin.
The man’s roommate called police and said an unidentified person had come to the man’s home and sold him heroin. When police arrived, the man was barely conscious.
