The Portland Trail Blazers visit the Utah Jazz at 6 p.m. Wednesday night at Vivint Smart Home Arena.

The game is airing live on KGW (8) in the Portland area.

Both teams will be playing their final game before leaving for a weeklong All-Star break, and the Blazers will be shorthanded as backup forward Al-Farouq Aminu has been ruled out with a sprained left knee, joining starting forward Evan Turner on the inactive list.

The Blazers (23-32) have lost five of their last seven outings, most recently suffering a tough 109-104 overtime loss to the Atlanta Hawks Monday at the Moda Center. Portland will receive a 7-foot sized boost against the Jazz when new center Jusuf Nurkic — acquired in a trade with the Denver Nuggets — plays his first game with the Blazers.

The Jazz (34-22) sit in fifth place in the Western Conference standings, but have lost three in a row.
