CLEVELAND, Ohio — Justin Bieber punched a man several times in a dispute over photographs and a camera that happened outside a downtown Cleveland hotel following a June NBA Finals game, according to a police report filed Tuesday.
Rodney Cannon, 34, of Las Vegas, told Cleveland police that Bieber punched him at least three times and that he suffered an “acute head injury” and a possible concussion, according to the report.
Bieber has not been charged with a crime as of Wednesday.
The incident happened on June 8 outside the Westin Hotel on St. Clair Avenue.
Cannon told police that he met Bieber at the hotel as Bieber walked in after the game. They walked into the hotel together and eventually shared a drink, the police report says.
The pop star grabbed the man’s glasses as they left, and Cannon took a photo of him, according to the report.

Attempts to reach a spokesperson for Bieber were not immediately successful. A phone number listed for Cannon on the police report went to a voicemail that was not accepting messages.
