Jim Belushi dons red fishnet stockings and four-inch heels in the upcoming Gloria Estefan movie "A Change of Heart."

The 62-year-old Belushi, who grew up in Wheaton, plays a racist, homophobic exterminator whose behavior changes after undergoing a heart transplant.

"They gave me the heart of a Latin transvestite," Belushi’s character, Hank, says in a trailer posted online by The Hollywood Reporter.

"So you think your new heart is literally pumping gayness into you?" Estefan, who plays his therapist, asks.

The movie, co-produced by Estefan’s husband Emilio, is set to premiere March 10 at the Miami Film Festival. Chicago native Virginia Madsen and Kathy Najimy also star.

Belushi is also set to appear in the upcoming Showtime "Twin Peaks" miniseries and a Woody Allen project with Kate Winslet and Justin Timberlake.
