“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kylie Jenner has already accomplished a lot, given her own cosmetics company and slew of advertisements.

But when Kylie Cosmetics opened its pop-up store in New York City recently, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan felt incredibly excited.

In fact, she considered the pop-up opening as the most “unreal experience” of her life.

Jenner was probably overwhelmed by the warm welcome she received for her pop-up. She even posted a video showing a huge crowd lining up just to get their hands on some Kylie Cosmetics. For any entrepreneur, that’s truly a heartwarming sight.

But everything is not smooth-sailing for the teenager’s company. TMZ has earlier reported that several customers have already filed complaints against her products, particularly her eye kits, because they caused chemical-induced headaches.

Around 15 people have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau over the past two weeks, stating that Kylie’s Royal Peach Eyeshadow Palette smelled suspiciously of “chemicals and glue.” The customers even said the smell was similar to “spray paint” or “paint thinner.” One person who purchased the product said that the product smelled so foul that she had to put the whole package outside her house. Another customer claimed it gave her a “horrible headache.”

Jenner’s company has not yet issued a statement regarding the complaints, but an investigation has already been started to get to the bottom of it. Kylie Cosmetics is also insisting that the products are safe to use despite the foul smell.

Despite these setbacks, it does not appear like people are going to stop buying her products. A lot of celebrities actually adore her lip kits, including “Quantico” actress Priyanka Chopra.

Chopra talked about her love for the reality star’s highly coveted lip kits during an interview with People Style. “I absolutely love her colors,” gushed Chopra. “I think it’s amazing, she’s such a young entrepreneur and has an amazing line of lip shades which work for a huge number girls, which is great.” Kylie Jenner’s pop-up store in New York City is a success.
