At least four people have been wounded in shootings in Chicago since mid-afternoon Monday, according to police.

A teenage boy and a man were shot in an attack in the 4600 block of North Winthrop Avenue in the Uptown neighborhood about 6:45 p.m., according to a police meida notification. The boy was shot in the buttocks and the man was shot in the right leg; both were in good condition at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

The two were on the street when a car pulled up and someone inside fired shots.

In the North Lawndale area, a 15-year-old boy suffered a graze wound to the leg in the 4300 block of West Ogden Avenue about 5:35 p.m., according to a police media notification.

A man was in critical condition following an earlier shooting in the Gresham neighborhood.

The 20-year-old man was shot just before 3:20 p.m. in the 8300 block of South Sangamon Street, according to a police media notification. He was shot several times in the chest and was taken in a private vehicle to Little Company of Mary Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.

Police did not immediately release information about the circumstances of the shooting. No one was in custody.
