A man killed early Saturday in the Austin neighborhood has been identified, authorities said.

Keenan Turner, 29, was fatally shot in the 300 block of North Lorel Avenue, and pronounced dead at 2:43 a.m. at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park at 2:43 a.m. Saturday, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

Turner was shot multiple times about 2:25 a.m. Saturday while sitting on a porch in the 300 block of North Lorel Avenue, police said.

Turner died from his wounds, the medical examiner’s office determined following an autopsy Sunday.

No one was in custody, and police were releasing no further details.
