An elderly woman was injured when she was struck by an Uber cab and a yellow taxi on the Upper East Side, authorities said Sunday.
The 84-year-old woman was crossing the street near York Avenue and East 86th Street when an Uber driver plowed into her and knocked her to the ground around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, cops said.
A yellow taxi then struck her while she was on the ground, cops said.
She was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital with injuries to her head and both legs, officials said.
Both driver’s remained on scene after the accident and will not be charged with a crime, police said.
