ORANGETOWN, N.Y. — Three Hudson County residents were arrested after being found with stolen property in New York, authorities said.

Police in Orangetown said they were investigating a series of vehicle break-ins when they saw a suspicious vehicle early Wednesday.
A man standing in the driveway fled on foot, but police stopped the car and found items local residents had reported missing.
Cops said they recovered a social security card, a credit card and electronic equipment. The three arrested and charged with criminal possession of stolen property are:
- Adam Genfound, 20, of Bayonne
- Shehab Mahgoub , 21, of Jersey City
- Joshua Lopez, 22, of Union City.
Genfound, the driver, was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
