Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, obtained a temporary restraining order against Trent Lamar Jackson Wednesday after she accused her nephew-in-law of relentless bullying, manipulation and elder abuse for years.

In the court documents obtained by CNN, both the 86-year-old and other members of the Jackson family accuse Trent of “years of mental/emotional abuse that have left Mrs. Jackson in a constant state of fear and confusion.” Katherine claimed in her papers that he is an “abusive con-man” who manipulated her for years and “preyed on her kindness” so he could gain control of her finances, stay rent-free in her guest house and alienate her from her kids.

Trent, the son of Katherine’s husband Joe Jackson’s brother, had been employed as a driver for the 86-year-old mother of nine.

“Trent was supposed to be her driver, but over time has infiltrated Mrs. Jackson’s business and personal affairs, even referring to himself as her ‘House Manager,'” a statement included in the restraining order read. “Trent has made it his business to regulate Mrs. Jackson’s interactions with her children — screening phone calls, not relaying messages, not allowing privacy during visits or phone calls.”

The court documents also alleged that Trent “managed to get a key to her bedroom” and opens her door at will “with no regard to her privacy.”

In paperwork of the temporary restraining order obtained by the Daily News, a Los Angeles court prohibited Trent from entering Katherine’s gated community in Calabasas. He is also prohibited from using her credit cards and from coming within 100 yards of her.

“She has had enough, her health is fragile and she is tired of being frightened,” the paperwork filed by her lawyer said.

A hearing for the case has been scheduled for March 1, 2017.
