The Pittsburgh Urban Redevelopment Authority on Thursday removed the “interim” from Robert Rubinstein's title of executive director.

Rubinstein, 53, of Squirrel Hill, had served as interim executive director since 2012 when predecessor Rob Stephany left for a job at the Heinz Endowments.

Rubinstein has served in various roles, including economic development director, during his 27 years at the agency. He will be paid $150,000.
