This July, get ready to rock out at McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale when Blondie and Garbage team up for a concert that will also feature John Doe and Exene Cervenka.

The double-bill, called “The Rage & Rapture Tour,” stops by Edgefield on July 12. It’s the first of several summer concerts coming to Edgefield.

Three other concerts have been announced for the 2017 season: Portugal. The Man will play Edgefield July 22; jazz singer and pianist Diana Krall performs July 26; and 1970s rockers the Steve Miller Band will perform with Peter Frampton on Aug. 6.

Tickets for Portugal. The Man are currently on sale at Edgefield’s website. Local presale for the other concerts begins at 10 a.m. Feb. 16, and general ticket sales begin at 10 a.m. Feb. 17.

Expect more concerts to be added to the Edgefield schedule soon.
