The speed restrictions have been removed from most of the Lehigh Valley’s highways, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation reports.
Interstate 78, Route 22 and Route 33 had 45 mph speed limits much of the morning.
The restriction remained on the Northeast Extension, the Pennsylvanias Turnpike Commission said in a 9:25 a.m. update.
Heavy snow is now east of the Lehigh Valley while the storm hadn’t quite jumped the Delaware River as of 10:25 a.m., weather radar shows.
