Peggy’s on the Green in Boerne now is serving lunch.
The upscale Southern restaurant from Mark Bohanan, who also has the eponymous downtown San Antonio steakhouse, has expanded its offerings to include lunch items that include prime rib on a brioche bun, a burger with jalapeño pimento cheese, a chicken pot pie and, of course, a chicken-fried steak.

Lunch is offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays through Saturdays.
