Brian Urlacher is calling for a false start.

The former All-Pro Bears linebacker, famously known for sporting a shaved head during his 13-year NFL career, is suing a Florida hair clinic for using his image in advertisements without his permission, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

In January 2016, the formerly bald Bears star showcased a full head of hair, as part of a campaign for Restore Hair, which signed an endorsement deal with the defensive legend in 2014. Urlacher is seeking more than $200,000 in damages from the Charles Medical Group, which began using him on their website, according to the suit for misappropriation.

Urlacher’s pictures have since been removed from the site of the medical group with which he never had an agreement, but the suit features screenshots of the linebacker and how he “came by his full head of hair.”

“As a business, the licensing of Urlacher’s identity is just as important to him as his professional football career,” according to the suit.
