CLEVELAND, Ohio – The cast of “Hamilton: An American Musical,” one of, if not the biggest Broadway shows of all time, has made it to the biggest showcase of them all.

Cast members Renee Elise Goldsberry, Jasmine Cephas Jones and Phillipa Soo kicked off Super Bowl LI by singing “America the Beautiful.” Those who have seen “Hamilton” surely recognized the trio as the Schulyer Sisters form the Tony Award-winning musical. And surely appreciated them adding “sisterhood” into the lyrics.

The three “Hamilton” singers joined a Super Bowl entertainment lineup that includes Luke Bryan singing the national anthem and a halftime show featuring Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett. In case you forgot, last year’s “America the Beautiful” singer was Jennifer Hudson.
