WEST NEW YORK — SWAT teams from Hudson and Bergen counties have blocked off an area of Kennedy Boulevard in West New York, CBS New York reported.
Residents in the area said they heard gunshots early Sunday morning.
Police have been at the scene since 2:30 a.m. They have told residents to stay inside, away from their windows.
