Boke Dokie, Boke Bowl’s fried chicken sandwich cart, is going brick and mortar.

The cart, which currently resides at Southeast Division’s Tidbit food cart pod, is set to open in downtown’s upcoming Portland Food Hall at the beginning of March.

Early menu details reveal the restaurant will serve the cart’s popular fried chicken and fried tofu sandwiches, a rotating special sandwich, Boke Bowl’s rice tots and eventually, a monthly, family-style Korean fried chicken dinner with other vendors in the space.

Soon to be the newest food hall in the city, the downtown space will also be home to brick-and-mortar locations for the Hapa Ramen cart (redubbed Aiko Ramen), The Whole Bowl, a schwarma and mezze spot from the Zaatar team, plus ice cream, juice, bagels and a mezzanine bar.
