It appears Rob Gronkowski changed his relationship status long ago. Problem is, Camille Kostek may not have known about it.
Sources close to the Patriots’ injured tight end told TMZ that Gronkowski and Kostek “had a fling” in the past, but were never exclusive. The former cheerleader first was linked to the 27-year-old Pro Bowler in 2015.
“Rob and I have been seeing each other,” Kostek told the Boston Globe in April 2015. “We’re both super busy right now. Obviously he does a lot and I do a lot.”
Though the model used to regularly share snaps of her cozying up to Gronkowski, the last photo she posted of the pair was on his birthday in May 2016. They also were photographed together in July on the orange carpet for Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Sports Awards.
Kostek made several appearances at Patriots games this season, wearing Gronkowski’s jersey and mingling with the girlfriends of other players, including wide receiver Danny Amendola’s gal pal, Olivia Culpo.
They’re “100 percent NOT dating, period,” a Gronkowski source insisted to the website.
The blond beauty was also introduced as Gronkowski’s girlfriend during a spot Tuesday on “Barstool Rundown,” in which she was tasked to explain his history with the number 69.
“He goes, ‘Ask my mom.’ I said, Fine, I’ll ask your mom.’ His mom came over, I asked his mom, and she said he’s been saying ’69’ since he was 3 years old. This isn’t a new thing. This has been going on and on,” Kostek said.
Kostek is currently in Houston ahead of Super Bowl LI. Her rep did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
