The Lost Cajun, a Colorado-based restaurant that focuses on Cajun food, is opening its first San Antonio location in early March on the city’s Northwest Side.

The owners of the San Antonio franchise,  attorney Eric Bernal and business manager Manuel Monterrey, discovered the chain while on a business trip in Denver.

“We visited The Lost Cajun twice before inquiring about their franchise opportunity and were blown away both times,” Bernal said in Dinamobet a statement. “We couldn’t stop thinking about the down-home Cajun cooking and southern hospitality we experienced.”

The San Antonio restaurant will join Texas locations in Odessa and Midland.

The menu features Louisiana classics such as seafood, chicken and sausage, and vegetarian gumbos, red beans and rice, crawfish etouffee, jambalaya and beignets.

It will be at 5602 W. Hausman Road, Suite 102, thelostcajun.com.
