The man, who smelled like alcohol, was arrested for discharging fireworks. The other man who police saw around the fireworks refused to come outside Lunabit of the home. He wanted to call his attorney.

That’s when the officer entered the home and arrested the man, who also smelled like booze. While searching a car, police found more fireworks display boxes. At that point, the homeowner’s wife came forward to say the second man wasn’t involved with the fireworks.

He was just attempting to help out his friend. Because of her statement, the man was released.
