Two Ibex 35 companies, Fluidra and Rovi, and two from the continuous market, Dominion and Gestamp, distribute dividends to their shareholders this Wednesday in payments that reach up to 1.29 euros gross per share, as is the case with the pharmaceutical company.

Thus, the company will distribute a total of almost 70 million euros in charge of the 2022 accounts. The net amount per share will be 1.05 euros.

The payment will be made through Ibercaja and Banco Santander will act as the paying entity, according to what the company informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

The Rovi group closed the 2022 financial year with a profit of 200 million euros, 30% more than the previous year, although it announced that the results could drop between 10 and 15% in 2023.

Fluidra will also distribute dividends this Wednesday for a value of 0.35 euros per share, to which another payment will be added on December 5 for the same amount.

In this way and charged to unrestricted voluntary reserves, the company will pay out a total of 134 million euros in dividends.

The entity earned 160 million euros in 2022, 36.6% less than during the previous year, although it managed to increase its sales by 9% to 2,389 million euros.

Global Dominon will distribute this July 5 0.0798 net euros per title charged to voluntary reserves, which means about 0.09858 gross euros.

The company recorded a net profit of 35.9 million euros last year, with a year-on-year drop of 18.77%. On the other hand, its gross operating result (Ebitda) stood at 123 million euros, 11% above that registered in 2021.

The automotive component manufacturing company agreed to distribute 0.0746 euros gross per share this Wednesday, which represents a total outlay of 42.91 million euros in charge of unrestricted reserves.

Payment will be made through Iberclear and CaixaBank will act as the paying entity.

Gestamp closed 2022 with net profits of 260 million euros and a year-on-year increase of 67.7%. In addition, its turnover increased by 32.5%, standing at 10,726 euros.
