(TSX: DOO) (NASDAQ: DOOO) is proud to announce the launch of a new electric powertrain, the Rotax E10, reinforcing its electric offering for the karting. The new product has been unveiled today at the Rotax MAX Challenge (RMC) Grand Finals in Portimao, Portugal, where the international RMC karting community has come together. With the new E10 48V electric racing backpack, BRP-Rotax opens up a new world by offering consumers all the benefits of electrification with the same performance, ease of use and low cost of ownership that have become hallmarks. The Rotax E10 is designed for both professional and recreational karting. As for professional racing, this new electric powertrain is for racers between the ages of 6 and 12 and can be taken up to the Junior class. Complements the existing E20 unit already used by riders ages 12 and up. In the recreational arena, the new E10 also provides the perfect power for recreational karting racers of all ages.
