The 26-year-old man accused of the unpremeditated murder of his stepfather, stabbed on June 26 on Drummond Street in downtown Montreal, was declared unfit to stand trial on Tuesday.

The Court of Quebec therefore ordered that Guillaume Dion Roy submit to forced treatment with antipsychotics, since it is the recommendation made by the psychiatrist of the Philippe-Pinel Institute who made the assessment of the accused.
In addition to attacking his father-in-law, lawyer Raymond Hébert, Guillaume Dion Roy also allegedly stabbed his mother and two other people.
