In addition to the jackpot, 43 “maxmillions” worth $1 million each will also be at stake, Loto-Québec said in a press release.
The previous record Lotto Max jackpot in Quebec dates back to the June 11, 2019 draw, when a family split $65 million.
Only two $70 million jackpots – the biggest jackpot so far – have been won in 2020.
Luck also smiled on several Quebecers who won 308 “maxmillions” across the province, we added.
