At work, which employees are affected by the sanitary pass ?
Since Monday, August 30, 2021, the to enter a health facility, provided that it does not “impede access to care”.

Where did the health pass become mandatory ?
The sanitary pass, which came into force on June 9 for trade shows, fairs, arenas, stadiums, festivals and concerts, became mandatory on July 21 in places of leisure or culture where the capacity reaches 50 people : museums, conference rooms, shows, cinemas, libraries, documentation centres, marquees, game rooms, exhibition fairs or temporary exhibitions, amusement parks as well as indoor sports establishments such as sports halls and swimming pools. “Cultural, sporting, recreational or festive events held in a public space or in a place open to the public” are also concerned. The European health pass is effective since July 1st for travel in the European Union and the Schengen area.
Since August 9, bars, restaurants, cafes, campsites, hospitals and retirement homes except for medical emergencies, or long-distance transport (TGV, Intercités, night trains, buses and planes) have implemented the health check system. On 16 August, shopping centres with more than 20,000 square metres (in departments where the incidence rate exceeds the threshold of 200 cases per 100,000 inhabitants) had to comply in turn. Note that for shops, the sanitary pass is not mandatory, but the prefect or the store manager can decide to make it mandatory, specifies the decree.
What is the list of places where the health pass is mandatory in France ? Restaurants, cafes and bars : The sanitary pass must be presented to access cafes bars and restaurants, including terraces. Train : the sanitary pass is required on long-distance trains such as TGV, Intercités and night trains. It is not required in everyday transport (TER, RER, Transilien, metro, bus, are not concerned). Cinema : the sanitary pass comes into force in cinemas where the ceiling exceeds 50 spectators. Theaters and other performance halls : theaters, operas, conservatory, lyric art… The sanitary pass is mandatory when the gauge exceeds 50 spectators. Fair and fairs : a contemporary art fair, such as the FIAC, a major fair such as the Agriculture Fair, the Chocolate Fair or the Book Fair or the Mondial du Tatouage… The accessibility of all these places is subject to the sanitary pass.
