Ecology will submit to the Senate a proposal for a declaration of revision of the Constitution. It aims to remove the Senate and replace it by an assembly of citizens drawn at random. The articles covered by the proposal are not subject to review under the current legislature.

Ecology proposes that the infrastructure of the Senate house a permanent assembly composed exclusively of citizens drawn at random. Their number, the conditions and terms of designation as well as their mode of operation should be set within the context of a revision of the Constitution and the adoption of a regulation of the future Assembly, to which citizens would be encouraged to participate via a public consultation.
