The federal attorney’s office has not found any concrete evidence of illegal espionage by US intelligence service NSA against Federal Republic of Germany. This was announced by Karlsruhe authority to conclude its investigations into a possible mass collection of telecommunications data of population by British and US services in a communication. Thus, it does not see any room for furr prosecution investigations.

The federal prosecutor’s office writes that both Prosecutor investigations and reconnaissance by NSA Investigative Committee of German Bundestag “had no resilient evidence that US or British Intelligence services to monitor German telecommunications and Internet traffic illegally systematically and massly. “
