During the meeting, the update of the HR Tech Map developed by Skiller Academy will be presented.
Companies have discovered the advantages of incorporating solutions that help attract and manage talent, thanks to the work of innovative startups.
On November 23, the VI edition of the Talent Summit will be held at the Malaga Fair and Congress (FYCMA), after the success achieved in Madrid.
It is the first time that the Transforma Spain Foundation has brought to Malaga the “biggest event in initiatives that work and provide solutions to develop, manage and value the talent of the teams”.
Without a doubt, it is a great space to learn about and share the proposals that the market needs to address digital transformation, where the startups best valued by the select jury will also receive awards.
The meeting will be attended by the Councilor for City Promotion and Investment Capture, Rosa Sánchez; as well as Rosa Siles, director of Andalucía Emprende; Plácido Fajardo, founder and managing partner of Leaderland; and Elvira Roca, essayist, writer (author of “Imperiophobia and Black Legend”) and teacher, who will give innovative talks.
Reyes Escolano, Director of the Transforma Spain Foundation, highlighted that “the Talent Summit, already in its sixth edition, is a benchmark in terms of technological solutions that are developed in the field of talent. It is the necessary springboard to identify the entrepreneurs who are working on these solutions, becoming a great opportunity to learn about and share the proposals that the market needs to address digital transformation”.
HR Tech Map
During the meeting, the update of the HR Tech Map will be presented, a map of technologies in talent recruitment and management developed by Skiller Academy.
This study, in which specialists from each of the categories have collaborated, concentrates the opinion of more than a hundred professionals in the HR area.
With the creation of this map, Skiller Academy highlights the most used technologies in talent management in Spain, as well as the national startups that are revolutionizing the area.
Juan Antonio Muñoz-Gallego, co-founder of Skiller Academy, has pointed out that “HR technology will have enormous growth. The companies that use it will see an evolution in efficiency and productivity. Similarly, professionals will develop technological skills to address a current work environment with organizations with flat structures, dynamic and distributed teams. The Study is the incredible result of the efforts of many professionals”.
Susana Farrán, head of the Talent Summit, has commented on the Skiller Academy HR Tech Map, which is “a great contribution that contributes even more to knowing and sharing the solutions that the company needs to address the transformation in which we are immersed” .
