The bankruptcy of Orchestra Prémaman Belgium has been officially declared on Thursday by the trustee that had been designated, specifies the trade union socialist Setca. The sign will not disappear for as much as the company Neworch will take over 10 shops in Brussels or its periphery, and in Wallonia, the most profitable, but none in the rest of Flanders. This will retain 116 jobs in Belgium.
Neworch, led by Peter Mestre, who is none other than the founder of the Orchestra Prémaman, was presented last week, before the court of the company of Brussels, his plan to revive the brand. An offer which had received the support of the common front trade union and that has been validated since then.
