Surveys clearly convey what Germans want. Most full-time employees want to work at least for a while shorter than average of 40 hours today. The reasons are manifold. They want to take care of ir children, ors to parents who are increasingly in need of care. Employees deserve more flexibility. This principle is a long way to ask companies for ir interests. Already 40 percent of employees work on weekends.
