The survey was conducted before two technological achievements of chinese high profile in the media last week: the lunar landing succeeded probe Chang’e-4, and the diffusion of a spectacular aerial photo of Shanghai of a resolution record. And yet, 47 % of the French surveyed believed that the China was ahead of the Hexagon, in digital and technology. The respondents are more likely (43 %) to perceive China as an economic threat than as an opportunity (27 %).
