Enagás and Elecnor have closed the joint sale of the companies Gasoducto de Morelos and Morelos O
With this closing, each of the Spanish companies, which had a 50% stake, will receive 95 million dollars (about 87 million euros), Enagás informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
This operation is part of Enagás’ 2022-2030 strategic plan, which has as strategic priorities supply security in Spain and Europe and decarbonisation.
The divestment in the Morelos gas pipeline is yet another milestone in the fulfillment of this ‘roadmap’, as announced in the presentation of 2022 results and 2023 objectives, last February.
