The end is in sight for Nick Viall. Eight weeks into his journey as “The Bachelor,” he’s cut the cast down from 30 women to four and is preparing to head home to meet the parents.

In Season 21, episode 7 of the ABC dating series Nick was forced to say goodbye to Danielle M. and Kristina, sighting a change in chemistry and connection with both. The final four women — Raven, Rachel L., Corinne and Vanessa — were guaranteed a date in their hometown in episode 8. Spoiler blogger Reality Steve, who was able to obtain almost entirely accurate information about each episode prior, was not able to detail each date for viewers ahead of the Feb. 20 episode.

While little is known about what will go down when Nick lands in Hoxie, Arkansas; Dallas, Texas; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and Montreal, Canada, we do have some idea of what’s to come in the episode 8 rose ceremony. After visiting each of the “Bachelor” contestants at home, Nick and the ladies will jet to New York City for one of their final rose ceremonies. According to Reality Steve’s blog, before heading into the elimination, Nick will sit down with former suitor Andi Dorfman for some advice.

It’s not clear what she’ll tell him, but it will likely help him get through another tough decision. Reality Steve reports that despite their strong bond, Nick will decide Corinne’s time on “The Bachelor” has come to an end. Corinne’s reaction to her alleged elimination was not revealed on the blog. After her meltdown in episode 7, however, it seems like a safe bet that she’ll be devastated.

While it’s not clear which of the final four “Bachelor” hopefuls will be chosen to start her live with Nick, we do know who it won’t be. On Monday, following the airing of Season 21, episode 7, Rachel L. appeared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to confirm that ABC had selected her as “The Bachelorette” in Season 13. Rachel is the first black woman to star in the franchise and while she’s proud of that fact, she wants everyone to stop looking at it as different from any other season.

Rachel told People she was nervous about having been selected but was hopeful that her time on “The Bachelorette” would prove fruitful. She went on to explain that she wasn’t feeling any “added pressure” because she is the first black woman to star on the ABC dating competition.

“Yes, I’m doing on this huge stage, but again my journey of love isn’t any different just because my skin color is,” she said.

Find out which of the final four Nick chooses by tuning in to “The Bachelor” Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
