The Bin Tapas Bar will offer a classic paella on Feb. 10.
Chef/owner Jason Dady, a veteran of the Paella Challenge, will be preparing and serving the traditional Spanish dish in an oversized paella pan. It will include Spanish chorizo, chicken and shrimp.

Servings of paella will cost $14 per plate and will go until the paella pan runs out. The evening’s event also will include specials on drinks and tapas.
The event starts at 6 p.m., but The Bin opens at 4 p.m.
