“High School Lover”: Here’s another James Franco effort for Lifetime (surely you recall his earlier revamp of “Mother, May I Sleep With Danger?”), and Franco both executive produces and stars in what sounds like the usual cheesy fare. It’s a thriller about 17-year-old Kelly, who becomes smitten with an older guy. But is the guy really as dreamy as he seems? What do you think? Franco plays Kelly’s concerned dad. (8 p.m. Lifetime)

“Oklahoma City”: A new “American Experience” documentary about an act of domestic terrorism, the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.
