The General Directorate of Legal Security and Public Faith has published today the resolution by which the merger by absorption of the Grupo Cajamar Foundation with the Cajamar Foundation of the Valencian Community, the Caixa Albalat Foundation of the Community of Valenciana and the Canarias Cajamar Foundation.

The Cajamar Group Foundation and the Cajamar Foundation of the Valencian Community are under the Protectorate of Foundations of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, while the Caixa Albalat Foundation is in the register of Foundations of the Autonomous Community of Valencia, and the Canarias Cajamar Foundation It is in the Registry of Foundations of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.

The resolutions adopted by the boards of trustees of the three absorbed foundations regarding this operation include the dismissal of the trustees of these foundations and the transfer of all assets to the Fundación Grupo Cajamar, which is subrogated in all its rights and obligations, so that the endowment of the absorbed companies become part of the endowment of the absorbing company, continuing in force the statutes that govern its operation.

In addition, this merger includes an increase in the founding endowment of the Fundación Grupo Cajamar by 1,458 million euros, thus establishing the endowment at 1,488 million euros.
