More than half of the users of emoticons (61%) use in the workplace, according to a study conducted by Adobe. But, not with anyone! More than a third of individuals (36%) send these little yellow faces only to persons of the same hierarchical level. A minority of professionals allows you to drag a émoji in a message to colleagues at different hierarchical (13%). Only marginal (4%) grant this freedom in communicating externally.
