The comedy Babysitter, the second feature film by actress and director Monia Chokri, had its Montreal premiere on Monday evening at Théâtre Outremont, in the presence of the stars of the film (including actors Patrick Hivon and Steve Laplante) and several other personalities from the world of Quebec cinema.
Adapted from the play of the same title by Catherine Léger, Babysitter tells the story of a new father who undertakes the writing of an apology book addressed to women after having made a sexist joke that has gone viral on social networks. .
The film hits theaters across Quebec this Friday.
