The year 2019 promises to be intense for the teams of the ministry of Labour, who will have to implement complex and technical reforms of the apprenticeship and vocational training, foreseen in the law professional future passed at the beginning of August. The challenge is daunting, because of this implementation and of their appropriation by the actors concerned will depend on the success of these two reforms.
• A mobile application for training
The personal account of formation (CPF) which has each of the assets for training will be monetized from the 1st of January. The hours already earned will be converted in euros, according to an hourly rate of 15 euros. This CPF will then be credited each year of € 500 (capped at € 5,000) and € 800 for low-skill workers (capped at eur 8,000).
