Karma is a bitch, especially during Fashion Week. Mandy Moore, daughter of an American Airlines pilot, flew JetBlue to New York, and the low-cost carrier lost her luggage for 24 hours. “I finally got it this morning, literally an hour ago,” the actress and singer told the Post at Naeem Khan’s show on Tuesday morning. “This was in it,” she added, pointing to her sequined black vest by the designer.
The “This Is Us” star Instagrammed her parents’ hilarious text messages commenting on her character’s behavior on last week’s show. “Rebecca has issues doesn’t she? Hopefully she is made to look better in future episodes,” wrote Moore’s mom Stacy.
“I was so defensive,” said the Florida native with a laugh. “I was like, ‘You guys, this is a woman who has raised kids for 16 years. Why is it selfish that she wants to embark on her career again? It was funny that I had to argue with them on it. I was like, ‘Mom, of all people you should have my back here!’ ”
“They’re very invested, week by week, and they don’t want to know any spoilers,” added the brunette beauty. “I’m like, ‘I can send you the script,’ but they’re like, ‘No, no, no, no, we want to watch it and we don’t want to know what happens.’ ”
