After delivering the opening song for the last two “Bye Bye”, Pierre-Yves Roy-Desmarais is promoted to the main circle of performers for the 2022 edition, the 54th to date.

The young comedian, who replaces Mehdi Bousaidan, joins three regulars, namely François Bellefeuille, Sarah-Jeanne Labrosse and Guylaine Tremblay to deliver the sketches for the show on December 31.
Several other personalities will join them to revisit the highlights of 2022.
Producer Guillaume Lespérance and content producer and director Simon Olivier Fecteau are at the helm of “Bye Bye” for a seventh consecutive year.
The “Bye Bye 2021” currently holds the title of the most watched program in the history of Quebec television with 4,862,000 viewers on the air, or 200,000 more than the previous record, that of “Bye Bye 2020”, according to figures from Numeris.
