“Blindspot” Season 2, episode 16 will unveil more information about the mysterious organization Sandstorm and its mole.

Lead star Jaimie Alexander recently said that Sandstorm’s mole is once again one step ahead of Jane Doe and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton). “You’ll find out in episode 16 why they’re one step ahead, and I was like, ‘What the [hell].’ It’s crazy what ends up happening,” she said.

Alexander added that episode 16 will also be filled with a series of flashbacks featuring all of the characters. “There will be a series of flashbacks where, without knowing, all of us filmed something that plays into how they know certain things, and we, as actors, didn’t even know. There’s going to be flashbacks of moments that things were happening as to why they’re one step ahead,” she added.

Unfortunately, the title for episode 16 hasn’t been released yet by NBC so it is unclear what hidden messages and themes will also be part of the installment. Episode 16 won’t also be released until three weeks from now since NBC has yet to air episodes 14 and 15, titled “Borrow or Rob” and “Draw O Cesar, Erase A Coward,” respectively.

In episode 14, Kurt and his team would have to get information from a secret society through the help of Rich Dotcom. However, things may not go as planned since Rich is known for threatening NBI. Episode 15, on the other hand, will center on the team uncovering a set of clues regarding some of Jane’s other tattoos. In order to get things done quickly, they will group themselves into two. Kurt and Roman (Luke Mitchell) will be working together, while Jane and Zapata (Audrey Esparza) and Patterson (Ashley Johnson) and Reade (Rob Brown) will be paired.

“Blindspot” Season 2 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST on NBC.
