One of the most tragic incidents to occur in “NCIS” Season 14 was the murder of Bishop’s (Emily Wickersham) boyfriend, Qasim Naasir (Rafi Silver). She hasn’t forgotten that Kai Chen (Bruce Locke), a businessman who uses acts of terror in order to make money, killed him. In the upcoming episode of the CBS show, the probie is going to seek revenge for the murder of her deceased lover.

According to the synopsis (via TVGuide) of episode 16, titled “A Many Splendored Thing,” Bishop’s thirst for revenge for Qasim’s death is awakened when Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the team find a new lead on the whereabouts of Chen. She becomes more determined than ever to murder him.

Gibbs realizes this is important to Bishop and assigns her and MI6 Officer Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry) to follow a lead on Chen’s location, according to CBS. However, it isn’t long before Bishop goes rogue in order to exact revenge on the conniving businessman.

The promo shows Bishop armed and dangerous. She lures Chen to a location on the pretext of talking business with him but he soon realizes that she is here on a personal mission.

Gibbs informs his team that each time an agent goes rogue, there is a price to pay.

Bishop ties Chen up and points a gun at him. “Life is about choices,” she tells the manipulating businessman, “and I’ve made mine.”

However, “NCIS” Season 14, episode 16 isn’t all gloom and doom. Keeping the comedy alive on the show is Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) who teaches the agents the art of pickpocketing.

Interestingly, Congresswoman Jenna Flemming (Mary Stuart Masterson) will appear in this episode.

There will be a flashback of Bishop spending time with Qasim. The agent will relive her past while walking a very dangerous path.
