A town man was arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection for the third time, the Washington County Sheriff said.
Dustin A. Mingo, 21, was charged with criminal contempt, a felony, after making contact with a person who was being protected under the order on two previous occasions, August 2016 and Jan. 16. More charges are possible, Sheriff Jeffrey Murphy said.
Mingo was arraigned in Town of Fort Edward Court and sent to Washington County jail. His bail was set at $15,000.
