CORVALLIS – Oregon State lost its 11th consecutive game Saturday, falling to red-hot Arizona State 81-68. The Beavers are now 0-11 in league play.

Key run: After Oregon State jumped out to a 12-6 lead, Arizona State answered with separate runs of 14-0 in three minutes and eight seconds and 12-0 in three minutes and 37 seconds. Following the Beavers’ biggest lead, ASU went on a collective 38-13 run before the half and led 44-25 at the midway point.

It was over when: After Stephen Thompson Jr. hit a three-pointer to cut the OSU deficit to 77-63 with 2:15 to play, Tanner Sanders fouled Shannon Evans II. He made one free throw to extend the lead to 15 points and the Beavers then turned the ball over at the other end.

Key stats: Despite owning a 43-27 rebounding advantage, the Beavers were done in by three-point shooting and turnoers.

ASU shot 10 of 17 from three-point range in the first half and finished 13 of 27. Oregon State went 2 of 14 in the first half and finished 7 of 28.

Also in the first half, OSU committed 11 turnovers that the Sun Devils turned into 22 points. The Beavers finished the game with 18 turnovers.

Top performances: Shannon Evans II (21), Torian Graham (21), Tra Holder (19) and Kodi Justice (13) all reached double figures.

Drew Eubanks finished with 22 points and 17 rebounds, earning his sixth double double of the season.

Next up: Oregon State (4-20, 0-11 Pac-12) will be back on the road at USC on Thursday at 8 p.m.
