Desi Rodriguez hit a floater in the lane off an assist from Myles Powell with 1:10 left in overtime that would prove to be the game-winning basket as the Pirates held on for a 68-66 victory over Georgetown on Saturday.

Providence has won just twice since beating Seton Hall, with victories over Georgetown and Marquette both on the road. The Friars fell to Villanova twice in that span, while also falling to St. John’s.

Seton Hall is led by Khadeen Carrington’s 16.6 points per game. Rodney Bullock is Providence’s leading scorer with 16.9 points per game
