Former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was back in court on Wednesday.

Randle, whose run-ins with the law led to his release 2015, is being charged with assaulting a fellow inmate at Sedgwick Country Jail (Wichita, KS), according to the Wichita Eagle.

Randle is charged with one count of aggravated battery and one count of disorderly conduct in connection with the altercation. District Judge Jeff Goering set Randle’s bond at $7,500.

This is the fifth criminal case filed against Randle, who attended Oklahoma State and was drafted by Dallas in the fifth round of the 2013 draft.

His troubles began in 2014, when he was caught shoplifting men’s underwear and cologne from a Dillard’s department store in Frisco.

Dallas cut ties with Randle on Nov. 3, 2015.

On Feb. 21, 2016, Randle was arrested in Wichita and charged with aggravated battery, drug possession and criminal damage to property, his sixth arrest in 17 months.

He has been incarcerated in Sedgewick County Jail since June.

Randle’s current bonds total $59,000.
